As of 2020, orders will NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY SHIPPED!! All digest orders MUST BE PICKED UP at the MPCTC Administrative Building, 6852 4th St, Sykesville, MD. A pick-up appointment should be made prior to arrival by contacting inna.bokhonska@maryland.gov. If any agency is unable to pick-up their order, they will need to provide a prepaid shipping label from their preferred shipping company. This can be sent to the noted address or emailed to Ms. Bokhonska.

Credit Card payments are limited to Visa and Mastercards only and require submitting an MPCTC credit card form (link to form will appear once order is submitted). By pressing the "Place Order" button the submitter/agency agrees to pay the charges for all copies ordered at $7.50 each.
