The process for submitting the Serious Officer Involved Incidents & Officer Discipline report, as well as the Use of Force complaints report, is communicated to agency heads by the MPCTC Policy Director annually. The authorized representative is to complete the reports by the provided deadline each year. As a reminder, these reports are based on the calendar year (January to December).
